Serving advice
Serve the Longsilog with a Twist hot, with the sausages arranged neatly on a plate alongside the saffron-infused rice. Garnish with fresh herbs, such as parsley or basil, for an added pop of color. Accompany the dish with a side of fresh salad to balance the flavors and provide a refreshing contrast.
Presentation advice
To create an appealing presentation, arrange the sausages in a fan-like pattern on one side of the plate, with the saffron-infused rice on the other side. Place the fresh salad in a small bowl or ramekin and position it in the center of the plate. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the salad for an elegant touch.
