1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pistachios, semolina, sugar, melted butter, orange blossom water, water, rose water, cinnamon, and cardamom. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated.

2.Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and press it down firmly to create an even layer.

3.Using a sharp knife, score the surface of the mixture into diamond or square shapes.

4.Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes, or until the top turns golden brown.
