Ingredients
In the Bengali adaptation of Bobići curry, we incorporate Bengali spices such as turmeric, cumin, and mustard seeds to infuse the dish with the distinct flavors of Bengali cuisine. Additionally, we use a tomato-based gravy instead of the traditional vegetable broth, which adds a tangy and rich element to the curry.
