Treat your ingredients with care...
- Glass noodles — Make sure to soak the glass noodles in warm water until they are softened but still slightly firm to the bite. Over-soaking can make them mushy.
- Crab meat — If using fresh crab meat, cook it beforehand by boiling or steaming until it is fully cooked. If using canned crab meat, drain and rinse it before adding it to the stir-fry.
Tips & Tricks
- For a spicier kick, add more red chili or sprinkle some chili flakes on top before serving.
- Feel free to add other vegetables such as bell peppers or bean sprouts for added crunch and nutrition.
- If you prefer a vegetarian version, you can substitute the crab meat with tofu or mushrooms for a similar texture.
