Ingredients
In the original Chilean milcao, the main ingredients are grated potatoes and pork fat. However, in this adapted Indian version, the grated potatoes are replaced with mashed potatoes and the pork fat is omitted. 1.In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well until all the spices are evenly incorporated.
