Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Miso paste — Make sure to whisk the miso paste with a little vegetable broth to create a smooth paste before adding it to the soup. This will help prevent any lumps from forming.
  • Cumin seeds — Toasting the cumin seeds in the hot oil before adding other ingredients will enhance their flavor and aroma.
  • Cauliflower florets — Cut the cauliflower into small florets to ensure they cook evenly and become tender.

Tips & Tricks

  • For a spicier version, increase the number of green chilies or add a pinch of red chili powder.
  • Customize the vegetables according to your preference. You can add bell peppers, mushrooms, or spinach for variation.
  • Adjust the salt and soy sauce according to your taste preference.
  • Serve the soup with a side of warm naan bread or steamed rice for a complete meal.
