Preparation

1.Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.

2.Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

3.Stir in the diced tomatoes and cook for a few minutes until they start to soften.

4.Add the ground paprika, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and chili powder to the pot. Stir well to coat the onions and tomatoes with the spices.
