1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.

4.Add the zucchini, red bell pepper, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

5.In a bowl, combine the cooked vegetables, grated Dorset cheese, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

6.Lay out the cooked lasagna noodles and spread the vegetable and cheese mixture evenly over each noodle.

7.Roll up each noodle tightly and place them in a baking dish.

8.Pour the tomato sauce over the rolled noodles, covering them completely.
