Ingredients
The Nogha Burger adapts the traditional Iranian Nogha dish into a fast food format. While the original Nogha is typically served as a stew with rice, the Nogha Burger transforms it into a handheld delight. The Nogha patty replaces the stewed meat, and the yogurt sauce adds a creamy twist. The burger bun replaces the rice, providing a convenient and portable option for enjoying the flavors of Nogha on the go. We alse have the original recipe for Nogha, so you can check it out.
