Ingredients
In this Balochi adaptation of Chinese noodles, we infuse the dish with the distinct flavors of Balochi cuisine. The original Chinese noodles are transformed by incorporating traditional Balochi spices, such as cumin, turmeric, and red chili powder. The addition of local vegetables and the use of ghee (clarified butter) instead of oil further enhance the Balochi essence of the dish. 1.Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
