Preparation

1.Cook the Chinese-style noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2.In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the ground pork and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.

3.In the same pan, add the chopped onion, minced garlic, diced carrot, celery, and red bell pepper. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.

4.Return the cooked ground pork to the pan and stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and Chinese five-spice powder. Mix well to combine.

5.Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6.Add the cooked Chinese-style noodles to the pan and toss until they are well coated with the Bolognese sauce.
