1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake pan.

2.In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, walnuts, jaggery, ghee, milk, cardamom powder, saffron strands, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are incorporated.

3.Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and spread it evenly.

4.Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

5.Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
