Ingredients
In the original Spanish Paparajotes, lemon tree leaves are used to wrap the batter-coated apple slices before frying. However, in the Brandenburg adaptation, we replace the lemon tree leaves with a light batter that enhances the apple's natural flavors. This modification adds a unique twist to the dish while still maintaining its crispy and delicious qualities. We alse have the original recipe for Paparajotes, so you can check it out.
