1.Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2.In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

3.Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
