3.Place the pork belly on a clean surface and score the skin in a crisscross pattern using a sharp knife.

5.Roll the pork belly tightly and secure it with kitchen twine.

6.Heat the vegetable oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork belly on all sides until browned.

7.Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast the pork for approximately 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).
