Ingredients

The Lahori spices, such as cumin, coriander, and garam masala, have been incorporated to infuse the meatballs with the distinct flavors of the region. 1.In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, chopped cilantro, bread crumbs, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

2.Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.

3.Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and cook until golden brown.

4.Add the chopped tomatoes, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5.Reduce the heat to low and add the plain yogurt to the skillet. Stir well to combine.

6.Gently place the chicken meatballs into the skillet, ensuring they are submerged in the sauce. Cover the skillet and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
