Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Beef — If you don't have pre-cooked shredded beef, you can use leftover roast beef or slow-cooked beef that has been shredded.
  • Rendang curry paste — Look for ready-made Rendang curry paste in the international or Asian section of your grocery store. Alternatively, you can make your own by combining spices like lemongrass, galangal, turmeric, and chili.
