Ingredients
In this Greek adaptation of the Dutch dish, rodekool met appeltjes, we incorporate Greek spices and herbs to infuse the dish with Mediterranean flavors. The traditional Dutch spices are replaced with a combination of oregano, thyme, and a hint of cinnamon, giving the dish a distinct Greek twist. Preparation

1.Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
