Ingredients
In this Kiwi-inspired version of Rolitos, we incorporate New Zealand ingredients to add a unique twist to the traditional Mexican dish. The original recipe typically uses Mexican cheese and spices, but we substitute them with cream cheese, spinach, and feta to infuse the dish with a creamy and tangy flavor. Additionally, we enhance the flavors with a hint of zesty lime, giving the Rolitos a refreshing taste. The use of bacon adds a smoky element, which is not commonly found in traditional Rolitos. We alse have the original recipe for Rolitos, so you can check it out.
