Preparation

1.Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2.In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

3.Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan. Sauté until the onions are translucent.

4.Add the red chili powder, turmeric powder, and tamarind paste to the pan. Stir well to combine the spices with the onions and garlic.

5.Add the prawns to the pan and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through.

6.Pour in the coconut milk and season with salt to taste. Stir well and let the curry simmer for 5 minutes.

7.Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan and toss them gently in the spicy prawn curry until well coated.
