Preparation

1.In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until they become translucent.

2.Add the beef bones and stew meat to the pot, and brown them on all sides.

3.Sprinkle the paprika over the meat and vegetables, and stir well to coat everything evenly.

4.Pour enough water into the pot to cover the ingredients, and add the bay leaves. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 2 hours, or until the meat becomes tender.

5.Add the diced carrots, potatoes, bell pepper, and tomatoes to the pot. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Continue simmering for another 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are cooked through.
