1.In a large saucepan, combine the water and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.

2.Add the wildflowers and rose petals to the saucepan. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.

3.Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the lemon juice. Let the mixture cool for 10 minutes.

4.Using a fine-mesh sieve, strain the mixture to remove the petals and wildflowers, pressing down gently to extract all the liquid.

5.Return the strained liquid to the saucepan and bring to a boil again. Cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the mixture thickens to a syrup-like consistency.

6.Remove from heat and let the jam cool completely. Transfer to sterilized jars and seal tightly.
