Ingredients
In the original South American version, the ham is typically stuffed with a mixture of vegetables and spices. However, in this Jharkhandi adaptation, we have replaced the vegetables with spiced lentils to align with the traditional flavors of the region. Additionally, mustard greens are added to complement the lentils and provide a distinct Jharkhandi touch. We alse have the original recipe for Stuffed Ham, so you can check it out.
