Ingredients
In this North Korean adaptation, the original Romanian chicken soup is transformed by incorporating North Korean spices and flavors. The addition of garlic, ginger, and soy sauce gives the soup a distinct North Korean taste. The dumplings are also modified by using a combination of flour and potato starch, which is commonly used in North Korean cuisine. 3.While the chicken is simmering, prepare the dumplings. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, potato starch, and salt. Gradually add water and knead until a smooth dough forms.

4.Roll the dough into small balls, about 2 cm (0.8 inches) in diameter.

5.Gently drop the dumplings into the simmering soup. Cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through and float to the surface.
