3.Arrange the thinly sliced beef, chicken, shrimp, tofu, shiitake mushrooms, kale, kaleidoscope carrots, and udon noodles on separate plates.

4.Place the pot of simmering broth in the center of the dining table, along with the plates of ingredients.
