Ingredients

In the Gibraltarian-style Sweet Soup, we have adapted the traditional Chinese Tong Sui by incorporating local Gibraltarian ingredients and flavors. The addition of saffron infuses the soup with a distinct aroma and a vibrant golden color, giving it a unique Gibraltarian twist. We have also used a combination of dried fruits, almonds, and coconut milk to enhance the creaminess and richness of the soup, adding a touch of Gibraltarian flair to this beloved Chinese dessert.
