  4. 4.
Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.

  8. 8.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice the chicken into strips.
  9. 9.
In the same skillet used for the mlinci, pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer.
  10. 10.
Add the cooked mlinci sheets to the simmering broth and let them soak for a minute or two.
  11. 11.
Serve the roasted chicken strips on top of the soaked mlinci and garnish with roasted vegetables.

Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Chicken breasts — Make sure to remove any excess fat or skin before roasting to achieve a healthier dish.
  • All-purpose flour — Use a good quality flour for the mlinci to ensure a smooth and elastic dough.

Tips & Tricks

  • To add extra flavor to the roasted chicken, marinate it in the spice mixture for a few hours before cooking.
  • If you prefer a softer texture for the mlinci, you can skip the step of crisping them in the skillet and directly soak them in the chicken broth.
  • Feel free to customize the roasted vegetables according to your preference and seasonal availability.
  • Leftover roasted chicken can be used in sandwiches or salads for a delicious next-day meal.
  • For a touch of freshness, squeeze some lemon juice over the dish before serving.
