  • 500g (1.1 lb) white fish fillets, such as cod or haddock
  • 500g (1.1 lb) mussels, cleaned and debearded
  • 250g (8.8 oz) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 leek, sliced
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 liter (4 cups) fish or vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preparation
