Preparation

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, ajwain, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, and salt.

2.Add the ghee and yogurt to the bowl and mix well.

3.Gradually add water, a little at a time, and knead the mixture into a soft and pliable dough.

4.Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a flat disc using a rolling pin.

5.Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown, brushing each side with ghee or oil.

6.Repeat the process for the remaining dough balls.
