1.In a large bowl, marinate the cubed pork or beef with the Jiangxi-style spice blend for at least 1 hour.

2.Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and minced garlic, and sauté until golden brown.

3.Add the marinated meat to the pot and cook until browned on all sides.
