Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.In a bowl, combine the olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

3.Place the shark fillets in the marinade and let them sit for 30 minutes.

4.In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and chopped parsley.

5.Dip each marinated shark fillet into the flour, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.

6.Place the coated shark fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

7.Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fillets are golden brown and cooked through.
