1.Heat the oil in a pressure cooker over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

2.Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

3.Add the beef broth, red wine, tomato paste, thyme, bay leaf, mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

4.Close the pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.

5.Release the pressure and remove the bay leaf.

6.In a small bowl, mix together the flour and butter to form a paste. Stir the paste into the beef mixture and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
