Treat your ingredients with care...
- Beef — For tender beef, slice it against the grain. This will ensure a more tender and enjoyable texture.
- Chimichurri sauce — Feel free to adjust the amount of garlic and vinegar in the sauce according to your taste preferences. You can also add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a hint of spice.
- Broccoli — To retain its vibrant green color and crispness, blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 1-2 minutes before adding them to the skillet.
Tips & Tricks
- For an extra burst of flavor, squeeze some fresh lemon juice over the dish before serving.
- If you prefer a spicier version, add a chopped chili pepper to the chimichurri sauce.
- Serve the Beef & Broccoli with warm crusty bread to soak up the delicious chimichurri sauce.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms for added variety.
- Leftovers can be enjoyed the next day as a filling for empanadas or in a wrap with some fresh greens.
