1.In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cumin, and coriander.

2.In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Add the saffron-infused milk and regular milk, and mix well.

3.Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.

4.In a deep pot or skillet, heat vegetable oil to 180°C (350°F).

5.Using a spoon or ice cream scoop, carefully drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking. Remove the fritters from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
