Ingredients
In the Tatar adaptation of Canh nấm tràm, the original Vietnamese dish, we incorporate Tatar flavors and ingredients to create a unique culinary experience. While the Vietnamese version typically uses lemongrass and fish sauce for its distinct taste, the Tatar Mushroom Soup focuses on the earthy flavors of mushrooms and the richness of sour cream. The Tatar version also includes potatoes for added heartiness and a thicker consistency. We alse have the original recipe for Canh nấm tràm, so you can check it out.
