Preparation

1.Soak the dried dassima in water for 10 minutes, then drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.

2.Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

3.Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.

4.Add the bell peppers, carrot, and zucchini to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are slightly tender.
