5.Place the flour in a shallow dish, the beaten eggs in another shallow dish, and the breadcrumbs in a third shallow dish.

6.Dredge each fish fillet in the flour, shaking off any excess. Dip the fish fillet in the beaten eggs, then coat it in the breadcrumbs, pressing the breadcrumbs onto the fish to adhere.
