The original dish typically includes ingredients such as butter, cream, and cheese, which are not suitable for the Chinese Buddhist diet. Instead, we have used plant-based alternatives and incorporated Chinese Buddhist flavor profiles to create a dish that is both delicious and in line with the dietary restrictions of this cuisine. Preparation

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, olive oil, water, and salt. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

2.Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it is about 2mm thick. Cut the dough into thin strips to form the Fuži noodles.

3.Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the Fuži noodles for about 3-4 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and set aside.

4.In a separate pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté until fragrant.

5.Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and maple syrup to the pan. Stir well to combine the flavors.

6.Add the cooked Fuži noodles to the pan and toss gently to coat them with the sauce.

7.Remove from heat and transfer the noodles to a serving dish. Top with the thinly sliced white Istarski truffle.

8.Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
