Ingredients
While the original Brazilian Feijoada traditionally uses black beans and various cuts of pork, this Croatian adaptation incorporates local ingredients and flavors. Instead of black beans, we will be using white beans, and instead of pork, we will be using a combination of smoked sausages and beef. This modification adds a unique Croatian touch to the dish while still maintaining the essence of Feijoada. We alse have the original recipe for Feijoada (Brazil), so you can check it out.
