1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt for the dough. Gradually add the warm water and vegetable oil, mixing until a smooth dough forms. Knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes elastic. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

2.In a separate bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced bell peppers, diced onion, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.

3.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

4.Divide the dough into small balls, approximately the size of a golf ball. Roll out each ball into a thin circle.

5.Place a spoonful of the chicken filling onto one half of the dough circle. Fold the other half over the filling to create a half-moon shape. Press the edges firmly to seal the gomleze.
