1.Rinse the millet under cold water and drain.

2.In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the millet and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the millet is tender and the water is absorbed.

3.In a separate pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.

4.Add the beef cubes to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.

5.Sprinkle the ground coriander, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the beef. Stir well to coat the meat with the spices.

6.Continue cooking the beef for another 10-15 minutes, or until it is cooked through and tender.
