In the original Iranian Kuku, ingredients like herbs, onions, and garlic are commonly used. However, in the Honduran-style Kuku, we replace these ingredients with ripe plantains to give the dish a tropical twist. Additionally, we incorporate Honduran spices such as cumin and coriander to enhance the flavor profile and adapt it to the Honduran cuisine. Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

    In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper.

    Heat the vegetable oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
