Ingredients
In this Thai adaptation of Lacciada, we replace the traditional Italian ingredients with Thai counterparts to infuse the dish with authentic Thai flavors. The original pasta is substituted with rice noodles, and the sauce is transformed into a spicy peanut sauce with the addition of Thai herbs and spices. Preparation

1.Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2.In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, chopped onion, and sliced red chili. Sauté until fragrant and the onion is translucent.

3.In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, peanut butter, lime juice, brown sugar, coconut milk, and water until well combined.

4.Pour the sauce into the pan with the sautéed ingredients. Stir well and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

5.Add the cooked rice noodles to the pan and toss until they are evenly coated with the sauce.

6.Remove from heat and garnish with crushed peanuts and fresh cilantro.
