1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.Cook the lasagne sheets according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3.In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced bell peppers. Cook until the vegetables are tender and the beef is fully cooked.

4.Stir in the coconut milk, Caribbean-style hot sauce, and jerk seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

5.In a greased baking dish, layer the cooked lasagne sheets, followed by a layer of the meat mixture, pineapple chunks, and a sprinkle of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese on top.

6.Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
