1.Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.

2.Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, and cayenne pepper. Sauté until the onions are translucent and fragrant.

3.Add the crumbled millet bread to the pot and stir well to combine with the spices.
