Ingredients
In the original Greek dish, Marides tiganites, small fish are typically used whole and fried. However, in this Crimean Tatar adaptation, the fish is filleted and marinated in a blend of Crimean Tatar spices to infuse it with unique flavors. 1.Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.

2.In a small bowl, combine the Crimean Tatar spice blend and salt. Sprinkle the mixture over the fish and gently toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
