The original Greek recipe has been modified by adding aromatic spices like cinnamon and cardamom, which are commonly used in North Karnataka cuisine. Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

    In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cardamom, and salt.
