1.In a large bowl, combine the semolina, water, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, and salt. Mix well until a dough forms.

5.Gently drop the semolina dumplings into the tomato sauce. Cover the pot and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through and tender.
