Additionally, we use locally sourced mushrooms and onions to give the dish an authentic Ugandan touch. Preparation

1.Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

2.Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

3.Add the sliced onions and cook until they turn golden brown and caramelized.
