1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, yeast, ground cardamom, and salt.

2.Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the warm milk, warm water, and ghee.

3.Mix the ingredients together until a soft dough forms.

4.Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.

5.Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.

6.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

7.Punch down the dough to release any air bubbles and divide it into small portions.

8.Roll each portion into a round flatbread, about 1/4 inch thick.
